Neulasta® (pegfilgrastim) is a prescription medicine used to help reduce the chance of infection due to a low white blood cell count, in people with certain types of cancer (non‑myeloid), who receive anti-cancer medicines (chemotherapy) that can cause fever and low white blood cell count.

As of 08/18/2021 the list price for Neulasta® is $6,417.99* per dose. Neulasta® is a single dose administered once per chemotherapy cycle. Most patients do not pay the list price. Your actual cost will vary. Talk to your insurance provider.

The Amgen Safety Net Foundation supports uninsured patients and certain underinsured patients who do not have coverage for their Amgen medication and have a financial need. Qualifying uninsured patients must not be eligible for Medicaid, Medicare, or any other financial support options.
